Shanci Robinson

Shanci Robinson joined the Nueva Esperanza Board of Directors in 2026, but her passion for Nueva Esperanza started long before then. In 2021, she and her family began sponsoring two students. In 2024, Shanci, her husband Gary and their two children Abigail and Jacob served for a week at Nueva Esperanza. Being able to meet their sponsor children for the first time impacted Shanci in ways she never expected. Just 7 months later, she returned with another group to continue teaching the Gospel to the children of Nueva Esperanza. Additionally, Shanci helped to orchestrate the 2026 container shipment that was sent from the US to Honduras. 

At Arrowhead Church, Shanci teaches Wednesday night kids ministry for 4th and 5th grade girls and serves as the Connect Team Leader on Sunday mornings. She also leads a D-Group International Bible study that meets weekly in her home. Shanci’s heart for children is to share the Word of God and to help them build a deeper relationship with Jesus.
